We provide specialized rehabilitative services to our patients in the communities we serve. We often see patients who are recovering from disabilities caused by injuries, illnesses, or chronic medical conditions.
Help Paying Your Bill
Stockton Regional Rehabilitation Hospital’s Financial Assistance Program, also known as Charity Care, offers medically necessary services at low or no cost to the patient. A discount rate is applied at the time of billing to uninsured individuals.
Are You Eligible?
Stockton Regional Rehabilitation Hospital’s Financial Assistance Program, also known as Charity Care, offers medically necessary services at low or no cost to the patient. A discount rate is applied at the time of billing to uninsured individuals.
- Full financial assistance (no charge) is available to people whose income and monetary assets are at or below 400% of the federal poverty level ($120,000 for a family of four in 2023).
- Discounts are on a sliding scale based on family size and income level.
- Partial financial assistance (discounted charge) is available to people whose income is in the range of 401% to 600% of the federal poverty level ($180,000 for a family of four in 2023).

Eligibility for financial help is determined without regard to sex, race, color, religion, ancestry, national origin, age, disability, medical condition, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression or educational background.

How to Apply
Download and print the Financial Assistance instructions and application.
A completed Financial Assessment and supporting documents, including proof of income, assets, and liabilities are needed to determine eligibility for the Financial Assistance Program.

The office is open Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm and located at 607 E. Magnolia Street, Stockton, CA 95202. Aids and services for people with disabilities, like documents in braille, large print, audio, and other accessible electronic formats are also available. These services are free.
