Megan Nebozuk, MA, BSN, Chief Nursing Officer
As an experienced healthcare executive, Megan came to Ernest with over 28 years of nursing experience and 12 years of administrative leadership. She leads with a progressive leadership style and utilizes best practices to accomplish successful patient outcomes. Her clinical background includes Pediatrics, NICU, PACU, Critical Care, and OR.
Megan earned a Master of Leadership degree from William Jessup University in Rocklin California, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from San Jose State University.
Dharma Arokiadass, Director of Pharmacy
Dharma Arokiadass leads our pharmacy department’s strategic direction and priorities to ensure quality medication management that helps to make patient care more efficient. As the director of pharmacy, he is responsible for developing dynamic and innovative measures that ensure streamlined pharmacy operations to enhance nursing and rehab engagement and patient outcomes. His team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians delivers a patient and family-centered pharmacy service to keep our patients happy and comfortable with their well-being in mind.
Prior to joining our team, he practiced pharmacy in various healthcare settings at different levels of care, including community, inpatient, and state of California, in clinical and managerial roles. His clinical experience encompasses medication management in emergency and critical care, internal medicine, oncology, pediatrics, psychiatry, hospice, and palliative care over a span of 23 years.
In addition to a degree in pharmacy, he also has a degree in business management (MBA) from the University of San Francisco and a Certificate in Healthcare Project Management from the American University. He also enjoys flying, camping with his family, coaching children for Science Olympiad, mentoring pharmacy and nursing staff, and volunteering at free medical clinics in the Central Valley.
Margaret Barcelona, Director of Quality
Margaret is a registered nurse with almost 15 years of clinical experience in nursing, including behavioral health, subacute specialties, skilled nursing, and acute rehabilitation. Her advanced certification as a rehabilitation nurse has allowed her to advocate optimal health outcomes in various populations. Margaret believes in the highest quality and standards of care in order to promote integrity and accountability in the workplace, thereby reinforcing her role as the director of quality.
Vivian Chua, Director of Therapy
Vivian graduated with the pioneer batch of Occupational Therapists from The University of Santo Tomas in the Philippines. She has called Stockton her home since 2005 and has more than 20 years of experience as an OT, honing her skills in acute inpatient hospital setting, skilled nursing centers and assisted living facilities.
She held Supervisor and Director of Rehabilitation positions for almost half of her career, managing 150+ bed facilities, some with 30 full time therapy staff. She also holds California certification in Physical Agent Modalities and Hand Therapy. On instances she has direct patient care, she is inspired by her successes with the amount of clients who kept in touch with her after they gain significant functional outcomes. Having worked at various facilities, Vivian is known in the local therapy community by her work ethic, interpersonal and multi-tasking skills led by her passion to provide client-centered and outcome oriented Occupational Therapy services.
On weekends, she loves going on road trips with her husband and two sons. To cope with the pressures of the job, she dabbles in crafts, gardening and grooming her pup.
Kimberlina Phillips, Director of Marketing & Business Development
Kimberlina is an LVN with 4 years of clinical experience in nursing and over 15 years of healthcare experience, including case management, subacute specialties, skilled nursing, and dialysis. Her advanced knowledge in marketing and creating meaningful partnerships with various hospitals and community leaders is impactful.
Kimberlina earned her ASVN in August of 2022 and continues her education to pursue her bachelor’s in nursing.
Angela Bragg, Director of Human Resources
Angela Bragg, known as Angie, brings over 11 years of Human Resources expertise and a passion for fostering positive work environments to Stockton Regional Hospital. Since joining the team in May 2022, she played a key role in the successful opening of the Stockton Regional Rehabilitation Hospital.
Angie finds immense satisfaction in supporting the professional growth and development of others. Beyond her dedication to building a strong and empowered workforce, Angie is a dedicated community advocate. She believes in giving back and actively serves her community.
Michael Wells, Director of Facilities Management
Michael is an excellent logistician with 20 years of experience in hospital facilities, environmental services, program management, strategic planning, site development, and building.
Michael served 20 years in the Bay Area and Central California, filling various roles in fleet management, maintenance management, supply chain management, recruiting, and facilities management, including ground maintenance, disaster preparedness, construction management, facilities maintenance engineering, safety and risk management, wastewater treatment, and installation energy conservation.
Michael is an active member of the community, supporting non-profits in youth development, an ordained minister for the Southern Baptist, a member of The Tribal Water Commission, and holds an active gaming license and a certificate in wastewater treatment. He has worked with various developers and builders to bring cancer and heart centers, Cal-Fire stations, rehabilitation hospitals, shopping malls, and casinos to life.
Michael is a dedicated family man and has been married for over 30 years, with three daughters and one granddaughter and loves being a public servant.
